I have been in the fitness industry for more than ten years, starting out as Group Fitness Instructor and now as a full-time Personal Trainer.
From a young age, I was very athletic trying out a variety of sports ranging from soccer, squash to Martial Arts.
Just like the majority of us who have no clue what to do after High School, I jumped into Accounting because it was the in-thing by then and I thought I would make some real money. Later I worked for a small company as an Accountant in Nairobi but quickly realized that a desk job was not my thing. Six months later, I quit and joined the fitness industry.
I immediately felt at home. Everything I did seemed effortless and natural. I realized I had found my passion and there was no turning back.
Working at transforming peoples’ lives through fitness and healthy living is and continues to be my biggest source of fulfilment.
Over the years, I’ve worked with all manner of clients with a wide range of needs. As a result, I have gained a wealth of experience handling clients ranging from those who want to get in shape to those who want rehabilitation after an injury.
My Exercise Programs
My exercise programs are mainly focused on functional movements, core strength, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and flexibility training through Pilates.
Depending on your goals, I will tailor a workout routine to meet your specific needs. However, I lean towards weight loss and weight management.
I believe a well-informed client is able to make faster progress towards their goals. It is for this reason that I continue to empower all my clients to make the right decisions as regards training and nutrition.
The most rewarding part of my job is helping you transform your body by gaining strength, fitness, and confidence to enjoy a healthy and meaningful life.
In my free time, I enjoy jogging, swimming, reading good books and spending time with my friends and family.

During my times as an amateur soccer player, I admired how our conditioning coach would challenge us with a variety of fitness drills that left us gasping for breath but kept us in shape.
I loved the way he trained us and as a result, I made up my mind that I would pursue a career in fitness after school. Because of my huge interest in becoming a fitness coach, I smoothly transitioned into the fitness industry.
Over the past 17 years, I have acquired a wide range of skills including boxing, aqua aerobics and handling clients with special conditions. This includes training clients with prosthetic limbs and those recovering from hip replacement surgery. In addition, I’m well versed in all matters regarding weight training, Aqua aerobics, and body weight training.
My go-to training style is circuit training. I like it because it burns a massive amount of calories and gets my clients fit in the shortest time possible.
I am patient, tolerant and fair with all my clients and do my best to make them feel special and appreciated during and after our sessions.
My main driving force is to help my clients improve their quality of life and reach their fitness goals.

I pride myself in being one of the eminent Kenyan trainers due to my credentials, experience, and diversity in exercise programming. I acquired my credential in Exercise Science and Fitness Training from the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
Through study, I have acquired skills in bodybuilding, exercise to music classes, nutrition, Yoga and Pilates.
Due to this extensive knowledge, I provide my clients with a never-ending diversity in exercise routines and programming depending on their needs.
Through verbal assessment, I determine my clients’ personality and design programs that suit them. I also assess my clients’ nutrition and through continued counseling and guidance, they are able to make the necessary lifestyle changes.
My mission as a Personal Trainer is to better the quality of life for my clients and by extension change Kenya into the healthy nation it once was.
